How do i book my day with you?

Please fill out the sign up form on our connect page and we will schedule a consultation with you to determine if we are a good fit. To further the process, we will then send you a link to your Client Portal, where you can sign our contract and pay your retainer  ($500 + $150 for each additional artist needed). After those steps are complete, your date with us is secured.

What products do you carry?

We carry a range of brands to cater to a wide range of skin/hair types; which allows us to provide a flawless customized finished look for each individual. Our kits are stocked with ultra-luxe hair care, cosmetics, and skin care. from brands such as TEMPTU, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Éminence, Kevin Murphy, Too Faced, Oribe, and others.

When do I schedule my preview?

Your bridal preview, also known as a trial, is recommended to be scheduled no more than 3 months before your wedding date. In this timeframe your accessories will be on hand & skin and hair will be very close to how it will be on wedding day, giving us a more accurate understanding of your exact needs. Previews can be scheduled within your client portal after booking.

Will you come to my location?

Beauty services are exclusively on site, offering convenience and more time in your schedule. This also allows us to get to know you in an environment you are familiar or comfortable with. 

what are your sanitation practices?

We take every precaution with an extensive sanitation and sterilization process consistent with the current highest industry standard. We are Barbicide certified and update certification yearly.

Are you licensed and continue Education?

Yes! Jasmine has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2012 and takes many classes every year in order to ensure she is always delivering high-end services to her clients. The beauty industry is ever evolving and her education follows suit.

What are the travel fees for local weddings?

For Savannah locations, travel is a flat $75 fee for each artist which includes street or garage parking. Hotel valet charges may apply if standard parking is not available nearby.
Locations outside of Savannah area calculated at $2.75 per  mile from each artists home. Overnight or long-distance will require lodging or per diem. 

What are the travel fees for destinations?

I will handle all of my own travel and accommodations and forward you a clear quote based on your wedding or event location and timeline. I will ensure everything is booked and secure so you do not have to add things to your Wedding To-Do list. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are made through 17hats by credit or debit card. This keeps everything clear and all in one place for maximum security and convenience.
We do not accept cash or check payments.

For all wedding invoices, final payment is due no less than 8 days before the event.
For all other invoices, full payment is due at the time of booking.
