Savannah Bottleworks Styled Shoot
Vibrant Editorial Makeup
Savannah Bottle Works is Savannah's newest event venue (it is HUGE inside with many different options for photo locations), and I got the extreme pleasure to be part of the team to do their opening styled shoot. Our Wedding Planner, Leah McGilloway of LM Event Coordination had a vibrant and moody theme planned and every vendor really pulled together to create this vision - from jewelry, attire, photography, music, cake, flowers to stationary, it was all just perfect. As with any styled shoot, it is an opportunity for vendors to showcase their talent and let of some creative steam, all while having fun and spending time together that we don't get on real wedding days.
Since the theme was vibrant and moody, I decided to take my creative freedom to do use colors I don't normally get to use on wedding day for my brides - vibrant peaches and oranges! And you know what? I have had 6 (SIX!) brides since this gallery was published ask for this style of makeup. They have all asked what this style is called because it isn't your traditional bridal makeup - and that's exactly what I was going for, something not traditional. I did a blend of editorial and vibrant makeup, thus creating this flawless highly desired makeup style for brides. Eyes and cheekbones are your biggest selling feature, (cheekbones being my personal favorite feature on people) so I infused peach and orange toned colors on her eyes, used a peachy orange bronzer to chisel out her cheekbones, and a peachy lip gloss on her lips. Girl, I was falling in love with her look as it was unfolding! After creating a porcelain effect on her skin with airbrush foundation and finishing it off with HD setting powder and setting spray, I was beyond thrilled with the outcome. Her vibrant yet soft editorial makeup combined with the modern glamour waves gave a soft yet edgy appeal, and model Kristian wore it perfectly.

How do i book my day with you?
Please fill out the sign up form on our connect page and we will schedule a consultation with you to determine if we are a good fit. To further the process, we will then send you a link to your Client Portal, where you can sign our contract and pay your retainer ($400). After those steps are complete, your date with us is secured.
What products do you carry?
We carry a range of brands to cater to a wide range of skin/hair types; which allows us to provide a flawless customized finished look for each individual. Our kits are stocked with ultra-luxe hair care, cosmetics, and skin care. from brands such as TEMPTU, Bobbi Brown, MAC, Éminence, Kevin Murphy, Too Faced, Oribe, and others.
When do I schedule my preview?
Your bridal preview, also known as a trial, is recommended to be scheduled no more than 3 months before your wedding date. In this timeframe your accessories will be on hand & skin and hair will be very close to how it will be on wedding day, giving us a more accurate understanding of your exact needs. Previews can be scheduled within your client portal after booking.
Will you come to my location?
Beauty services are exclusively on site, offering convenience and more time in your schedule. This also allows us to get to know you in an environment you are familiar or comfortable with.
what are your sanitation practices?
We take every precaution with an extensive sanitation and sterilization process consistent with the current highest industry standard. We are Barbicide certified and update certification yearly.
Are you licensed and continue Education?
Yes! Jasmine has been a licensed Cosmetologist since 2012 and takes many classes every year in order to ensure she is always delivering high-end services to her clients. The beauty industry is ever evolving and her education follows suit.
